SECTION 3 — ONE OF ONE AND LIMITED EDITIONS
Products designated One of One are offered as singular creations that will not be reproduced identically.
Limited-edition products may be produced in restricted quantities.
These designations apply only when expressly stated in the product description.
One of One products are final sale for ordinary change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable consumer rights.
SECTION 4 — CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order garments are created according to agreed specifications.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design information.
Design details, pricing, production estimates, deposits, payment schedules, revisions, and cancellation conditions must be communicated and agreed upon before purchase.
Changes requested after production begins may be unavailable or require additional charges approved by the customer.
Custom and personalized orders are final sale for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We may decline or cancel orders where permitted by law, including when merchandise is unavailable or a material pricing error occurs.
If Prudence New York cancels an order before fulfillment, applicable refunds will be provided.

Prices appear in the currency indicated on our website.

Discounted products are final sale for ordinary change-of-mind returns when clearly designated before purchase.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include original tags and packaging.
The following are final sale for ordinary change-of-mind returns:
- Custom-made and personalized orders.
- One of One designs.
- Hair accessories, including bows, headbands, and clips.
- Items clearly designated final sale, including discounted merchandise.
- Gift cards, subject to applicable law.
Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming products will be addressed under applicable law.

SECTION 9 — CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly.
Eligibility depends on order status, applicable cancellation rules, and any agreed custom-order conditions.

Original designs, photographs, illustrations, written content, branding, and other creative materials belonging to Prudence New York are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
