Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Please note that custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional production time. If this applies to your order, the estimated production time will be communicated before shipment.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the carrier selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Prudence New York is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Prudence New York is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $200 or more.

Orders below $200 will be charged the shipping rate calculated at checkout.
