Return & Refund Policy

At Prudence New York, every garment and accessory is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. We are committed to delivering quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

* Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
* Be in its original condition.
* Include all original tags and packaging.
* Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, perfume, or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Custom-made or personalized orders.
* One-of-one designs.
* Hair accessories, including bows, headbands, clips, and similar items (for hygiene reasons).
* Gift cards.
* Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

* Your order number.
* A brief description of the issue.
* Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Prudence New York is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of many of our collections, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. If you would like a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
